Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re unable to access your account, please review these suggestions:

- **Account Status:** Only active customers, free users, or trial accounts can log in. If you see a message like “You have no accounts,” your account may be deactivated. Contact your account administrator if necessary
- **Browser Support:** Ensure you’re using a browser supported by HubSpot.
- **Verification Requests:** If you’re asked for an email verification code, follow the instructions carefully. This may be separate from two-factor authentication.
- **Forgotten Password:** Use the “Forgot my password?” link to receive a reset email.
- **Network Issues:** Try logging in from a different network (e.g., mobile data). If login is successful, contact your IT administrator.
- **Clear Browser Cache/Cookies:** Sometimes clearing your cache and cookies can resolve login errors.
- **Enable Cookies:** Especially in Chrome, go to settings and allow all cookies to ensure functionality.
- **Remember Me:** Select "Remember Me" to stay logged in across devices and extensions
- **Login Page Access:** Always use the official HubSpot login page to ensure security
- **SSO Settings:** If you’re part of an enterprise account with SSO enforced, you must use the allowed login method(s) configured by your admin

If you’ve tried these steps and still can’t log in, contact HubSpot Support via the help form for further guidance.
